This is a self-study, two year program if you already have 15 years of Full-Time Pastoral Ministry or a Master of Biblical Studies.

Courses: Dr. Berl Best has retired from the Counseling Center at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He now works with NCCT and has helped put together the teaching DVD videos and books for this course.
