Christian counseling combines faith with the principles of Psychology. Students learn and grow in their knowledge of human psychology through field-tested techniques and practices for promoting emotional, spiritual, and relational wellness in diverse communities.

Associate of Christian Counseling

An Associate of Christian Counseling Degree is 60 credits. These credits are required to earn a Bachelor of Christian Counseling Degree. Both the associate and bachelor programs are introductory courses that will help you learn about certain mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety, among other maladies. Two levels of education are offered: a 60-credit hour Associate of Christian Counseling Degree or an Associate Christian Counseling Certificate which is 29 credit hours.

CMM College of Theology was founded by Dr. Jorge Parrott, President of CM Missions, our global missions organization. Students from various nations are often in our classes and many build lifelong friendships.

The Associate of Christian Counseling program is accredited by the Association of Independent Christian Colleges and Seminaries (AICCS).

Prerequisites

High School Diploma/GED; Born again Experience, Proficient in Prerequisite: English (if you are not proficient in English, there may be an additional class & small fee).

Graduation Requirements

60 undergraduate credit hours with a 2.50 GPA of a 4.00, (accomplished by passing the associates school year, the Practicum and the Supernatural Identity module).
