Christian Counseling Track

Accredited Online Christian Counseling & Biblical Counseling Degrees

We invite you to pray about pursuing an accredited online Christian counseling degree through CMM College of Theology as you prepare to minister to the brokenhearted with biblical truth and Christ-centered compassion. Our Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral Christian Counseling degrees are designed to provide strong biblical and theological training for those called to serve in churches, ministries, missions, and faith-based counseling settings. These programs are accredited through the Association of Independent Christian Colleges and Seminaries (AICCS) and the American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation (AAHEA), one of the oldest associations in the United States dedicated to the advancement of higher education.

Christ-Centered Counseling Education

CMM College of Theology exists to equip believers to counsel from a distinctly biblical worldview, applying Scripture, prayer, and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit to real-life issues such as anxiety, trauma, marriage, and family relationships. Our Christian counseling curriculum integrates theology, pastoral care, and practical skills so that students learn to listen well, discern spiritually, and offer compassionate, Christ-centered guidance. Whether you are already serving in ministry or sensing a new call to counsel, these programs help you grow in both spiritual maturity and counseling competence.

Accredited Degree Programs

Students can pursue Christian counseling studies at multiple levels, including Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral degrees. Each program is structured to provide clear progression in biblical counseling knowledge, ministry skills, and academic rigor, allowing you to build on earlier study as the Lord leads. CMM College of Theology’s degrees are accredited through AICCS and AAHEA, giving students confidence that their training comes from recognized, faith-based accrediting bodies committed to Christian higher education.

Flexible Online Learning for Ministry

Our online Christian counseling degrees are designed for busy students who are already serving in ministry, working, or caring for family. Courses are delivered online so you can study from virtually anywhere, while remaining engaged in your local church, mission work, or counseling ministry. This flexible format makes it possible to deepen your biblical counseling training without stepping away from the people and places God has called you to serve.

Counseling with a Biblical Foundation

As a biblical counseling program, CMM’s Christian Counseling Track emphasizes the sufficiency of Scripture and the centrality of Christ in addressing emotional, relational, and spiritual issues. Students learn to apply God’s Word to areas such as personal identity, broken relationships, grief, addiction, and spiritual warfare, always with a focus on hope, inner healing, and transformation in Christ. This foundation prepares graduates to serve individuals, couples, families, and groups in a way that is faithful to the Bible and responsive to the needs of today’s world.

Licensure and Ministry Opportunities

Because counseling licensure laws vary across the United States and internationally, students who wish to practice as licensed counselors must review and follow the specific requirements of the state or country where they plan to serve. Many graduates feel called to pastoral counseling, lay counseling, or ministry roles in local churches, missions organizations, and faith-based nonprofits, where they can offer Christ-centered care without pursuing state licensure. CMM’s online Christian counseling degrees and biblical counseling programs are designed to support a wide range of ministry paths, helping you discern how the Lord is leading you to counsel and care for others.
