Monica Wicker, D.C.C., is a mission-driven educational leader and ordained minister whose career seamlessly integrates academic excellence, clinical expertise, and pastoral care. With a newly conferred Doctorate in Christian Counseling from CMM College of Theology, complemented by an MBA and dual master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Liberty University, she brings a rare depth of knowledge to faith-based higher education in psychology and counseling. Her experience as an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Johnson & Wales University, combined with extensive clinical leadership roles at Atrium Behavioral Health and senior living communities, demonstrates her proven ability to foster student growth, deliver evidence-based instruction, and provide compassionate crisis intervention and discipleship.
