Doctor of Global Leadership (DGL)

Spirit-Filled Leadership for Global Kingdom Transformation

Your calling was never meant to remain confined by geography, culture, tradition, or yesterday’s level of influence.

The Doctor of Global Leadership (DGL) at CMM College of Theology is a premier professional doctoral program created for experienced Christian leaders who sense the Lord calling them to enlarge their capacity, sharpen their discernment, strengthen their leadership, and influence nations for the Kingdom of God.

This transformational program brings together:

  • Biblical and theological foundations
  • Intimacy with Christ and spiritual formation
  • Spirit-led leadership and prophetic discernment
  • World class guest teachers-proven apostolic-prophetic, fruitful leaders
  • Global and cross-cultural understanding
  • Organizational excellence and ethical governance
  • Strategic planning and practical implementation
  • Doctoral research addressing real-world challenges

The DGL is not designed merely to add another degree to your résumé. It is designed to develop the leader, clarify the vision, strengthen the organization, and multiply the impact of the calling God has entrusted to you.

“Enlarge the place of your tent… lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.” — Isaiah 54:2 NKJV

A Doctoral Program for Leaders Called to the Nations

For such a time as this!

The world is changing rapidly. Christian leaders must be prepared to navigate cultural complexity, emerging technologies, economic uncertainty, humanitarian crises, organizational growth, spiritual opposition, and unprecedented opportunities for the Gospel.

Yesterday’s leadership methods alone will not carry tomorrow’s assignment.

The Doctor of Global Leadership equips experienced leaders to remain firmly rooted in Scripture while responding courageously and wisely to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Students are challenged to move beyond maintenance leadership and develop the spiritual depth, strategic insight, cultural intelligence, and practical skills necessary to lead ministries, organizations, businesses, and Kingdom initiatives with excellence.

You will not simply study leadership. You will examine your own leadership, strengthen what God has placed in your hands, and develop strategies that can produce measurable and lasting Kingdom fruit.

A Different Kind of Doctoral Experience

Many doctoral programs focus primarily on theory. The DGL integrates rigorous academic study with spiritual formation, mentoring, collaboration, practical ministry application, and original research.

Throughout the program, students apply what they are learning within their current ministry, business, organization, or professional environment. Every course is designed to help you address real leadership challenges, develop healthy teams, strengthen organizational systems, and advance the vision God has given you.

The program emphasizes:

  • Biblical Leadership: Leading according to the character, wisdom, and authority of Scripture
  • Spirit-Led Discernment: Hearing God clearly and responding faithfully to His direction
  • Global Missions: Understanding cultures, nations, people groups, and the Great Commission
  • Strategic Vision: Turning God-given revelation into clear, actionable plans
  • Organizational Health: Building sustainable structures without grieving the Holy Spirit
  • Kingdom Governance: Establishing accountability, integrity, transparency, and trust
  • Leadership Multiplication: Identifying, mentoring, empowering, and releasing emerging leaders
  • Crisis Leadership: Responding with courage, stability, compassion, and wisdom during disruption
  • Sustainable Stewardship: Managing people, finances, resources, and opportunities faithfully
  • Applied Research: Developing practical solutions to significant leadership and ministry challenges

This is a season to go deeper.

It is a time to strengthen your stakes, enlarge your capacity, and prepare for the people, nations, and opportunities God may entrust to you next.

Throughout the program, you will be challenged to ask:

  • What is God saying in this hour?
  • What must change in me before I can lead others forward?
  • Is my organization prepared to carry the next level of growth?
  • Am I building something that can outlive me?
  • Who am I intentionally preparing and releasing into leadership?
  • How can my experience become a resource for the nations?

You will learn alongside other leaders who carry a hunger for God, a commitment to Scripture, and a desire to see lives, organizations, communities, and nations transformed.
