Biography

I am Rev. Dr. Karen Williams, USA Dean of CMM College of Theology and the professor of the Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Studies and Christian Ph.D. in Theology degree programs. I love to study the Word deeply as I search for greater understanding of the nature and ways of the Lord. His communication is filled with mysteries that He longs to reveal to His beloved. Holy Spirit enriches my relationship with Him as He gives me revelatory understanding of the Scriptures. My life’s passion is to live deeply immersed in Jesus while I soar with Him in heavenly places.

Impacted by Prophecy

When I read Smith Wigglesworth’s prophecy in which he declares that when the Spirit and the Word come together there will be an explosion, I was powerfully impacted. I understand this prophecy as referring to the spiritual transformation that first manifests within those who pursue with intention a face-to-face relationship with the Lord and deep study of His Word. Both are essential to truly live “in Christ.” It is through these passionate believers that Holy Spirit ignites the explosive fires that reveal Christ and His resurrection power on the earth. We all have opportunity to pursue the Lord intentionally and become one of His passionate fire starters!

Mission of Passion

Over forty-five years ago I set my heart to live in that intentional relationship and help others do the same. I am greatly blessed to teach and minister the Word of God in class as well as in the nations. The love of Christ fills my heart for people of many cultures. My life is deeply enriched as I have ministered to people from over 100 nations. My husband and I have been ordained by CMM many years and know the joy of ministering wherever the Lord sends us. We love to experience other cultures and see how Christ is revealed in them.

Our Doctoral Program

The Doctor of Ministry degree is a transformative program designed to empower ministers to advance into the fullness of their calling while the Lord stretches their ministry tent pegs. Our global program is for leaders and those who are becoming leaders. Students from many nations gather to study and hear the Lord together. During dynamic class discussions we often hear Him speak to us through the students as their varied callings and cultural perspectives enrich our class sessions.

Courses focus on Christ-centered leadership that challenges and strengthens leaders far beyond typical business principles. Our program is designed to equip students to become leaders of many leaders. You will learn to raise up leaders who replicate themselves repeatedly. In this way, you can rapidly have significant impact on multitudes. You will also study hot issues in multicultural contexts and deeply examine core values.

Your cohort will gather twice a year for prophetic councils (roundtables) where we hear from the Lord through each other and learn to weigh what the Spirit is saying to the church in these last days. You will learn to establish these prophetic councils in your own territory as you motivate leaders of many ministries to walk beside each other.

Throughout the two-year program, you will research and author a dissertation on the topic of your choice. Learn to develop it into a transformational work that provides dynamic teaching and a legacy for many generations. Some choose to publish their work after completion.

Graduates of the doctoral program are:

  • Organizational Leaders,
  • Pastors,
  • Church Planters,
  • Educators,
  • Missionaries,
  • Revivalists, and
  • Evangelists.

Some start educational institutions, establish sustainable ministries, publish books, and influence government and business leaders.
