Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies

Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies

The Master of Ministry program at CMM College of Theology is designed to prepare students to initiate and lead parachurch ministry organizations. These ministries may be community, national, or international in scope, according to the student’s ministry calling.

A central focus of the program is the Master of Ministry Parachurch Project. Throughout the degree, students develop a comprehensive ministry plan for a proposed ministry organization, outreach, or ministry-focused business. The project may be structured as a nonprofit organization or as a business with a ministry purpose and serves as the capstone of the program.

To prepare students for effective ministry leadership, the program provides a foundation in biblical theology and sound doctrine. Students study Scripture to strengthen their ability to share the Gospel, rightly divide the Word of Truth, and minister effectively in a variety of settings.

Students also examine the history of Israel during the era of the kings and prophets, with particular attention to the ministry, message, and authority of the Old Testament prophets. The program contrasts the role of the biblical prophets with the New Testament gift of prophecy and contemporary prophetic ministry, helping students develop a biblical understanding of prophetic communication and spiritual leadership.

The program helps students identify and prepare for advancement in their ministry calling while strengthening critical thinking, spiritual discernment, and practical leadership skills. Graduates are equipped to launch and lead ministries that are biblically grounded and aligned with their God-given calling.om advancement. It is not the size that matters. This is individual and relational. We celebrate with you what the Lord wants to do through you.

CMM College of Theology was founded by Dr. Jorge Parrott, President of CM Missions, our global missions organization. Students from various nations are often in our classes and many build lifelong friendships.

Students may participate on short-term mission trips and experience international ministry (the cost of the trips is not included in the tuition). Opportunities for students to study abroad are also available. For more information contact us at info@CMMTheology.org.
The Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies program is accredited by the Association of Independent Christian Colleges and Seminaries (AICCS).
